Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine  that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam  deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

appearance at Armageddon Expo in October

Just had confirmation that I'm going to be at Armageddon Expo in Melbourne in October as a special guest! My first ever Con appearance as a special guest, pretty excited! (Yes I was on a panel at SDCC earlier this year and had a signing at the IDW booth but this is a Con on my own home soil, so pumped!)

The Con is on the 13th and 14th of October, I don't have any final details yet (like which booth I'll be at) but I promise to share the information as soon as I get it.

I'll be there with my hubby doing commission sketches and selling prints. I'll be doing head sketches for $20 and full figure sketches for $50. (All including inking and marker shading.) Organzing final details right now (everything kinda happened all at once!) but I'll either be staying with a friend in Melbourne or my husband's Dad. Either way I'd love to take some time outside the Con to hang with everyone, it's been far too long since I've seen everyone from the Aussie Con circuit.
